Inspire your community to raise funds for pets affected by family violence. We believe in the power of community and the impact we can make together. As part of our fundraising family, you'll energise friends, colleagues, and communities to raise crucial funds, giving pets in danger and their families hope of a violence-free future.

Bequest

A legacy gift can provide lasting protection for pets. Legacy gifts have a very special place in our hearts as Pet Refuge was founded with a legacy gift from Founder, Julie Chapman’s late parents. Just as their legacy helped us start, your legacy can help us continue providing protection for pets even when their loved ones can’t.  

Shop

100% of profits from our Pet Refuge shop help the pets and families we support. Our Pet Refuge shop gives you an option to support pets in need while also taking care of your own. Buy a dog toy, cat wand, enrichment lick mat, or Pet Refuge T-shirt and 100% of the profit goes to helping pets and families escape violence.

Goods Donations

If you have pet items you would like to donate, get in touch with our team. The nature of our work and the backgrounds of the pets we care for mean our needs are always changing and we will be able to tell you if we can accept your items. We are unable to accept open/expired pet food, duvets or pillows. Our friends at Mars generously supply us with all our dry cat and dog food needs.

Volunteering

To protect the pets we care for and our shelter team, our location is confidential. Sadly, abusers will often try to find pets to regain control over victims so confidentiality is important. Our secure shelter gives pets space to heal safely which is why we can’t accept volunteers or fostering. You can still help us to make a big difference by making toys, helping at events, fundraising or sharing your skills.

To set up an automatic payment for a monthly gift, we have a separate bank account, please contact us first.
